Seven questions clients almost always ask first.
Do you handle emergency callouts on the same day?
Yes. Calls received before 18:00 on any weekday usually get a technician on site the same evening within the Klang Valley. Weekend slots open as early as 08:30. Pricing for after-hours work is quoted in writing before any tools come out of the van.
Are your plumbers licensed in Malaysia?
Every senior technician on the team holds a SPAN-recognised competency card. Apprentices always work on-site under a licensed lead, never solo on regulated pipework. We can provide certificate copies on request.
What service area do you cover?
Petaling Jaya, Damansara, Subang, Shah Alam, Kuala Lumpur (Bangsar to Mont Kiara to Cheras), Puchong, Ampang and Kajang. For Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Klang or further out, we still come — there is just a travel fee added.
How are quotes prepared?
A technician inspects the issue, explains options in plain language, then writes the quote on a printed form (or WhatsApp PDF) before any work begins. Parts and labour are itemised separately. No surprise add-ons.
Do you offer workmanship warranty?
Yes, twelve months on labour for repair jobs and parts warranty according to each manufacturer (typically two to five years on water heaters and mixer taps). Warranty terms are noted on every invoice.
Why do you describe the work as "sustainable"?
We default to dual-flush WCs, low-flow tap aerators, leak-detection valves and heat-pump water heaters where they fit the property. The reasoning is simple: a tropical climate plus rising tariffs means waste-reduction usually pays back within two years.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, online transfer (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks), DuitNow QR, and major cards by prior arrangement. We do not deal in cryptocurrency. A printed tax-invoice is issued for every job above RM 200.
