Water heating is roughly half of a Malaysian household’s annual electricity spend. A heater chosen well — the right type, the right capacity, with the right insulation around the pipe runs — almost always saves more than it costs over five years.
We supply Joven, Rheem, Panasonic, Ariston, Stiebel Eltron and Mitsubishi units. No exclusive distribution deals; we’ll fit what the property actually suits, not what the rep last visited the workshop with.
What we install
- Instant point-of-use heaters for individual showers and basins
- Storage tanks (15–100 L) where multiple outlets share the same hot supply
- Heat-pump systems for landed homes — 70% lower running cost than storage
- Solar-thermal hybrids on south-facing roof exposure
- Descaling and anode-rod replacement on existing storage tanks
- Eco-rated thermostatic mixer valves to prevent scalding and reduce water waste
How we’ll work through the choice
Hot-water audit
How many outlets, what the demand pattern looks like, what the current heater costs to run, what the cabling and plumbing can support.
Two or three options
We quote the budget option, the value option and the long-term option side by side. Pay-back arithmetic shown for each.
Supply & fitting
Either we supply the unit or you do — price doesn’t change either way. ELCB, isolator, leak-proof flexibles all included.
Walk-through & warranty
Controls explained, descaling interval noted on the invoice, manufacturer warranty registered on your behalf.
